Refund policy

At Moon Crafted Muse LLC, All Sales Are Final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

The Artisan Standard: Every item is individually crafted by hand. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Variation: Minor imperfections, color shifts, and slight differences from listing photos are not defects; they are the natural characteristics of handcrafted art.

  • Order Accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details including shipping address, sizing, and product selection are correct before checkout. We cannot modify or cancel orders once the crafting process has begun.

Damages and Defects: If an item arrives damaged or has a significant manufacturing defect:

  1. Contact us at info@mooncraftedmuse.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage/defect and the original packaging.

  3. Moon Crafted Muse LLC reserves the right to determine if a replacement or store credit will be issued on a case-by-case basis.

Lost or Stolen Packages Moon Crafted Muse LLC is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We do not cover mail theft or carrier errors. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, you must file a Missing Mail Search Request or a Theft Claim directly with USPS at www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
