Order Processing & Logistics

At Moon Crafted Muse LLC, every order is handled with artisan care. To maintain our quality standards, we adhere to the following schedule:

Order Cutoff: 5:00 PM (MST - Arizona)
Handling Time: 1–5 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

Domestic Shipping Tiers

We ship exclusively within the United States via USPS. You may select your preferred speed at checkout:

USPS First Class Mail (Stickers Only): Stamp envelope. Note: This option does not include tracking.
USPS Ground Advantage: Reliable standard shipping. Includes full tracking. (This is our default method for Free Shipping on orders over $35).
USPS Priority Mail: Faster delivery with tracking and basic insurance included.

Delivery Estimates & Carrier Delays

Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days after processing, depending on the service level selected. While we ensure timely dispatch, Moon Crafted Muse LLC is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or seasonal volume.

Address Accuracy & Tracking

Upon shipment, a confirmation email with tracking (if applicable) will be sent. The customer is solely responsible for providing a correct and secure shipping address. We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If an item arrives damaged: Contact us at info@mooncraftedmuse.com within 48 hours with clear photographic evidence of the damage and the original packaging.
For lost or stolen packages: Moon Crafted Muse LLC is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We do not cover mail theft or carrier errors. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, you must file a Missing Mail Search Request or a Theft Claim directly with USPS at: www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
